1 喷砂机概述
1.1  注意事项
   为使喷砂(丸)作业安全可靠必须遵守如下几点:
1.操作者必须穿戴好符合安全和卫生要求的防护用具;
2.所有配件必须完好无损;
3.工作时喷嘴始终指向工件表面;
4.无关人员必须远离作业现场;
5.喷砂(丸)作业前要做到:
(1) 检查各接头软管和喷嘴磨损情况,各连接处密封情况,确保它们处于良好工作状态;
(2)检查用于呼吸的空气过滤器及气源,确保供气正常;
(3)检查遥控系统工作是否正常,确保其处于良好工作状态;
6.严禁在喷砂机上施行焊接和切割等作业;
7.不允许随意更换配件;
8.严禁用任何方式将遥控系统的操作手柄固定在作业位置上;
1.2  喷砂机工作原理:
本机采用吸入式喷砂,即利用压缩空气在喷枪内高速流动形成负压产生引射作用,将磨料桶内的磨料通过胶管吸入喷枪内,然后随压缩空气从喷嘴高速喷射到工件表面,达到喷砂加工的目的;
 
 
1.3  喷砂机用途:
 
    本机是以磨料为介质,以压缩空气为动力,对固体类工件表面进行喷射加工的喷砂设备。
 
     本机适用以下类型工件的表面加工:

  1. 适用于干式喷砂(丸)加工;
  2. 适用于中小型零件的单件、小批量喷砂(丸)加工;
  3. 清理热处理件、焊接件、铸件、锻件等表面的氧化皮等,清理质量可以达到Sa3级;
  4. 清理机加工件的微毛刺、表面残留物等;
  5. 工件喷涂、电镀前的表面预处理加工,可获得活性表面,提高喷涂、电镀层的除着力;
  6. 玻璃表面喷绘、雕刻;
  7. 可以在一定范围内增加或减小工件表面的粗糙度Ra值;
  8. 改变工件表面的应力状态,能提高零件的耐磨性和疲劳强度;
  9. 改善运动配合偶件的润滑条件,能降低运动配合偶件的运动噪音等;
  10. 也适用于旧机件的翻新处理。
 
 
1.4  安徽喷砂机适用工作条件:
1) 环境条件:本机应在环境温度为-10~+45℃,相对湿度不大于85%的环境条件下正常工作;
2) 气源条件:接入本机的压缩空气表压为0.4~0.7MPa,压缩空气流量不小于5.0m3/min。
用户使用现场应具备上述条件
 
1.5  安徽喷砂机特点
 1) 操作方式灵活,工艺参数可变,能适应不同材质,不同精度的清理和光饰加工要求;
2) 本机设计新颖,结构简单可靠,加工效能好,能源消耗低;
3) 主要零部件使用寿命长,且便于维修;
4) 本机特别适用于大型工件的局部喷砂,机器噪声较低。
 

2  使用、操作

2.1.  气动遥控式:(上图为气动遥控式喷砂机结构示意图)
     本机为气动控制式,气动型控制系统遥控操纵器PYKQ-40、进气阀PJQF-95、排气阀PPQF-44、PGL-62过滤器及控制气管和接头等组成,上图为本机的结构示意图,此图示状态为非工作状态,手柄被弹簧顶起,从进气阀下端引出的控制气流从手柄下的小孔逸出。工作时,压下手柄,控制气流经另一根控制气管到达进阀和排气阀顶部,使进气阀打开,排气阀关闭,磨料桶内压力升高,喷砂作业开始。
     1).准备
      (1)检查PYKQ-40遥控操纵器,操作手柄应被弹簧顶起且动作灵活;
      (2)所有管道的连接必须牢固,快速接头必须锁定;
      (3)将喷丸机的进气管接到气源上;
      (4)空压机应置于喷砂作业的上风口(空压机内置喷砂房情况下),以防止喷砂清理所造成的粉尘被吸入空压机;然后起动空压机,并使空气压力表所示的空气压力达到本机工作所需的工作压力;
      (5)关闭进气阀上的旋塞,此时在PYKQ-40遥控操纵手柄下的小孔处有气流逸出;
      (6)将干燥洁净的磨料装入喷砂机磨料桶内;
      (7)穿戴好喷砂用的防护用具。
     2).操作
      (1)压下PYKQ-40遥控操纵器上的手柄,喷砂(丸)作业开始;
      (2)调节调砂阀,将磨料的流量调至合适为此,在明光下观察,含有磨料的空气流与纯空气流相比并无多大差别;
      (3)松开控制手柄,喷砂作业即可停止。
 2.2   人工控制式:(下图为4720机器人工控制式喷砂机结构示意图)
     本机为人工控制式,本机由喷砂嘴、砂管、气管、调砂阀、气控阀、空气过滤器、消声器、喷砂机磨料桶等组成,本机操作由两人完成,一位操作员工和一位辅助员工,操作员工完成喷砂作业,辅助员工协助操作员工完成喷砂作业。
     1).准备
      (1)用空气软管将喷砂机与气源连接;
      (2)将喷砂软管接到调砂阀出品端的快速接头,并锁紧;
      (3)空压机置于喷砂作业的上风口,以防止喷砂清理所造成的粉尘补吸入空压机;然后起动空压机,并使空气表所示的空气压力达到本机工作所需的压力;
      (4)关闭进气阀和调砂阀;
      (5)打开排气阀(手柄与轴线平行);
      (6)将干燥洁净的磨料装入喷砂机磨料桶内;
      (7)穿戴好喷砂用的防护用具。
     2).操作
      (1)喷砂作业员工握住喷嘴,准备喷砂作业;
      (2)辅助员工、将气源接通;
      (3)辅助员工将喷砂机上的排气阀关闭;
      (4)辅助员工根据喷砂员工的信号打开进气阀,锥形密封阀自动将进料口封住,喷砂机内压力升高;此时,仅有空气从喷砂嘴喷出;
      (5)辅助员工打开调砂阀,磨料的流量不宜过大,并调节磨料流量到合适为止,在太阳或其它明亮光源下观察,含有磨料的空气流与纯空气流并无多大的差别;
      (6)作来结束时,辅助员工关闭进气阀并随即打开排气阀,喷砂机卸压。
 
  2.3  人工控制式:(下图为AC-3LP人工控制式喷砂机结构示意图)
     本机为人工控制式,本机由喷砂嘴、砂管、气管、调砂阀、气控阀、空气过滤器、喷砂机磨料桶等组成,本机操作由两人完成,一位操作员工和一位辅助员工,操作员工完成喷砂作业,辅助员工协助操作员工完成喷砂作业。
                         
(一)使用前的检查
1. 备齐喷砂作业所必须的条件(气源、磨料、场地)。
2. 依据组成分解图,连接各组件和另件(有些出厂时已装好)。
3. 接上气源,打开气源阀门,检查各连接处是否漏气,连接是否牢固。
4. 打开空气滤清器的旋塞,放掉水分。
5. 搬动变换手柄21,打开球阀20进行送气,并把排气阀17、喷砂阀12,空气调节阀24关闭;检查伞形处以及各连接结合处是否漏气。
6. 摇动喷砂阀柄11打开喷砂阀12及空气调节阀24,把罐体内及管道内的杂质排除出去,对于遥控型的则还需按下遥控键4,这样才能排除杂质,并检查遥控系统动作是否正常,砂管接头处是否牢固。
7. 检查完毕后,设备完好时,把喷砂阀12,空气调节阀24,总阀21关闭,打开排气阀17放气。
8. 在固头7装上所需喷咀并检查连接是否牢固。
(二)开动方法
1. 关闭排气阀17,把筛选过的磨料加入料斗内,等磨料全部进入罐内后,打开总阀20,使伞形自动闭阀2闭合,并再次检查连接处是否漏气,连接是否牢固。
2. 穿戴好呼吸器具,戴上防护手套,双手握住喷咀对准工件,请他人先打开空气调节阀24,再慢慢打开喷砂阀12,此时调节到喷射出的气流中能隐隐约约看得见模糊的砂粒,就可进行喷砂作业。
3. 作业结束时,把喷砂阀12开到最大位置,把余砂放完。然后依次关闭喷砂阀12空气调节阀24以及总阀20,打开排气阀放气,关闭气源。等罐内排气完毕后,关上排气阀,盖上罩盖,拆下喷咀,盘好砂管及进气管以备再用。
(三)注意事项
1. 所使用的磨料必须是干燥和经过筛选的,并且没有杂质。
2. 磨料最多只能加到罐体容积的4/5,不能加满。
3. 伞形自动闭阀2上下动作不灵活时,请不要再倒入磨料,应进行修理。
4. 磨料全部进入罐体后才能打开总阀20进行送气,否则要损坏橡胶衬垫影响封闭。
5. 在操作过程中因故喷砂间断,不能用锤子、扳手等物敲击罐体,应采取其他措施,或停止作业进行检查。
6. 喷砂罐体内在高压状态时不能随意移动,否则容易发生危险。
7. 因为砂通过喷砂管到喷咀有一定的距离,就需要一定的时间才能自喷咀喷出,所以在调节砂阀时要慢一点,并且要边调边观察。
8. 所用的压缩空气必须是经过过滤,经过气水分离的压缩空气并且保证良好的压力。最高压力不得超过7kg/cm2(0.686Mpa)。
9.  绝对不能选用砂粒直径大于使用喷咀口径1/3的磨料。
10.  在喷砂作业时绝对禁止把喷咀对着人,旁边也禁止站人。
 
 
11. 根据空压机的流量合理选择不同口径的喷咀,在喷磨损增大后(一般磨损增大1mm)就应该进行更换。
12. 选择合适的喷射角度,这就要求操作人员在作业时变换角度来获得,现提供大概数据如下,以供参考:铸件50°,软钢15°左右,钢丸喷射工件时取60°,要求在不同的角度才会取得好的效果。
13. 作业完后必须把余砂放完,排除空气滤清器里的水,并盖上罩盖

2.5    磨料:
        根据不同的工件采用不同的磨料,粒度和用量的大小根据工件工艺的要求来定。本公司提供的磨料有:
1.玻璃珠,其规格为30#、36#、46#、60#等;
2.棕刚玉,其规格为16#、24#、30#、36#、46#等;
3.钢砂,其规格为a25#、a40#、a50#、a80#等;
4.白刚玉,其规格为24#、30#、36#、46#、60#等;
5.黑刚玉,其规格为16#、24#、30#、36#、46#等;
6.不锈钢钢丸,其规格为0.2、0.3、0.5、0.6、0.8、1.0、1.5#等;
7.钢丸,其规格为S110、S170、S230、S280、S330、S460、S550、S780等;
